To be eligible for community service rewards and the DGcustomerfirst survey, participants must accept these terms and conditions:

Only legal US citizens who are at least eighteen years old and have made a purchase from Dollar General may redeem rewards. No employee or member of their immediate family may participate.

There is a limit of one survey participation per receiving transaction. No more than one receipt code will provide you access to the surveys.

Sweepstakes gift cards and discount vouchers expire 90 days after issuance if not used. They can only be used to buy things at Dollar General stores or on their website; they cannot be exchanged for cash.

No participant may change or transfer an already claimed prize to another individual. Also, prizes that have been misplaced are irreplaceable.

No notification is required when Dollar General decides to change, revise, or stop a survey or loyalty program for business, legal, or technical reasons.

Redeemable incentives during seasonal sales are subject to availability and have limited ban periods.

Participants are required to keep their contact information and account details current in order to get gift cards, special offer alerts, and other perks. In the event that you do not comply, you may lose your reward.

Dollar General has the right to reject or terminate any award in the case that any fraudulent, deceptive, or term and condition violations are uncovered.

By agreeing to adhere by Dollar General’s restrictions, DGcustomerfirst rewards seekers provide successful rewards distribution, make it easier to take advantage of survey participation and community engagement benefits, and avoid the danger of breaching those regulations.
